The gymnastiorka is almost new, it was kept on a dummy. There are small holes from the medal on the chest, but the correct "soft" shoulder straps (with hand-sewn stripes) of the infantry sergeant are already installed. Carefully stitched undercollar is present.
Material: cotton fabric khaki "diagonal", specially produced for copies of the Soviet uniform, is a very good copy of the original fabric, not synthetic. Steel original buttons in khaki paint.
Size only: 50-52 (chest 99-105 cm in girth, shoulder width 48-54 cm).
The width of the gymnastiorkas at the waist is always more than at the shoulders. It is cut as a loose shirt, like a "bell". But the neck girth is very important for this type of dress, because the collar is worn buttoned up.
"Gymnastiorka" model 1943 is the uniform of Victory. Battle of Kursk was won, the enemy was ousted from the USSR territory and Berlin was taken in this uniform. The main disctintion is the stand-up collar. It's not very comfortable, but it was made in order to protect body from soil that falls down during artillery attacs. Turn-down collar on previous model had been worn through because of it. Fabric was poor quality cotton, and some valid uniform could have improper collar. New stand-up collar looked well when worn.
